2019 call: parking and mobility in the campus

in this project we propose to develop a low-cost solution based on cameras to detect parking spot and also mobility in the campus, while preserving privacy. For this we will rely on an architecture based on the oneM2M standard by extending it by architectural capabilities of the "fog computing" type. The objective will be to process the video stream locally and to only transmit on the internet meta-data of the type: such density at such a time at such place, movement in this direction, parking places, etc.
